Find out what your customers want from you and get their opinions about your products and surveys via their email inbox using eSurveys. Use it to build customer profiles so you can better serve your customer requirements. The process is quite straightforward and quick to implement.
Your questions can range from simple yes/no responses, through multiple choices to free text and results can be displayed as numerical and graphical data.
These are the steps:
- You frame the questions with the help of your market research adviser. We can supply the specialist skills as an additional service if you do not have them readily available.
- We format the questionnaire and make it work within a bulletinbuilder template. If you are not an existing customer we will take your brief to create a template that conforms to your branding guidelines and strategic requirements.
- Test the questionnaire with a sample audience and set up a live results web page to report on the fly as replies are submitted from the emails.
- Adapt the questionnaire on the basis of the sample.
- Upload you email address list to the console as a CSV file or individually
- Send the survey out to the full list with one click
- Monitor the results page for the duration of the survey
- Export the data as a PDF or Excel file to prepare a final report.
- The bulletinbuilder logs will record ‘bounces’ which you can use to clean your mailing list for future uses.
Costs
Set-up
Each survey you carry out is subject to a set-up charge to cover the costs of preparing the HTML code for the survey and embedding it within the HTML template. It also covers the cost of preparing the live results page so you can monitor response to the survey as it arrives.

HTML template
If you do not have an existing HTML template as an existing bulletinbuilder customer, there is a standard charge for the work. This is a one-off charge that applies to the first survey only so long as future surveys utilise the same template.

Remember that you can use the template for emailed newsletters in bulletinbuilder in the future for an additional console licence fee. (Infact you can use it free of charge for email address lists of less than 50 people.)
